Below is what MakelAI can do today, what we are building now and what is on the drawing board. We deliberately leave dates off: they never hold up, and a roadmap full of empty promises helps nobody.

A button on the site and in the app. MakelAI always starts light, and remembers if you prefer dark.

Walk through the house and just talk. Record, take photos, and MakelAI turns your account into structured property data. You check what is right before anything is done with it.
ViewerSignal
After a viewing you send a short questionnaire. Within a minute you know who is interested, what the asking price does and which objections are alive. Including a report you can share with the seller.
Editing with AI alongside
Select a sentence and have it shortened, made more businesslike, more personal or more active. With version history, so you can always go back.
Social posts
From the same property data, a post for Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn. With and without the asking price, and with the viewing times in it.
Writing styles
Alongside warm, businesslike and vivid there will be styles that make you laugh. Handy for social, less so for the notary.
Prompt library
